A swimming pool is a great investment for your home. There is a sense of confidence in the quality of the pool if you hired the contractor, selected the materials and design, and were actively involved throughout the project. But what if you are purchasing a home with an existing pool? How would you know if it is working as intended? Are there any repairs needed? 4EverClear Pools offers residential pre-purchased pool inspection services to put your mind at ease.
We perform a visual and operational inspection of the pool and equipment. After our inspection is completed, we provide a report with repair recommendations and referrals to capable companies. An average inspection takes about an hour on-site to perform. We also provide a Written Report e-mailed to you. Pool Inspections are $150 plus tax.
We do not make any repairs nor do we perform any pressure testing of plumbing lines as part of an inspection. If there is a reason to suspect underground lines are leaking, we will make the recommendation to perform any necessary pressure testing. For more information or to schedule your pool inspection, contact us today.
You just bought a house with a pool. Congratulations! We know your family is excited and already planning many hours of swimming and fun in the sun in the backyard. There's just one small problem....you've never owned a pool before and don't know how to begin taking care of it. We can help with that!
For first-time pool owners, we highly recommend our Pool School. With this service, one of our experienced Repair Technicians will come to your house and thoroughly go overall operations of your pool. He will make sure you know how to properly backwash, turn on/off your equipment, adjust valves, how many hours/day to run your equipment, and also help you know what not to do and what issues to look out for. Pool repairs can get costly very fast - you want to make sure you know how to spot small issues before they turn into an expensive repair (such as running the pump dry and burning up the motor).
He will also make sure you understand what maintenance items you need to do each week -- emptying your baskets, etc. He will go over the importance of making sure your pump suction basket is put back incorrectly and how to properly put the pump suction lid back on. These seem like small issues - but if not done properly they can lead to expensive pump repairs.
Pool school is only $100 and is an excellent investment for new pool owners!
